News: PS3 now back in action!

It is now safe to turn your beloved Sony console on. Posted on the Playstation Blog just hours ago, was the following statement, "We are aware that the internal clock functionality in the PS3 units other than the slim model, recognized the year 2010 as a leap year. Having the internal clock date change from February 29 to March 1 (both GMT), we have verified that the symptoms are now resolved and that users are able to use their PS3 normally." Followed by "We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.".

So in all, the lock down of the Playstation Network and chubby PS3s across the globe, lasted less than a full day. Seems Sony's console is very much self aware. I wonder if it watches me while I eat my cereal in front of it? Creepy.
