Co-op Returns In Resistance 3!

Get ready to ROQ faces all night long and grab a friend to help you out while your at it! Insomniac Games has just announced on the PlayStation Blog that fan favorite feature Co-op will be returning to the Resistance franchise with Resistance 3!

Oddly missing from Resistance 2 was the much loved feature of a Co-op campaign. Splitting the screen right down the middle for some local multiplayer love, the original Resistance allowed players to fully complete the single player campaign together. You could say its absence from Resistance 2 was a "(Crime)ira". Sorry.

Another feature pulled from the sequel was the "Weapon Wheel" which allowed players to quickly pull up their weapon inventory and select which weapon they wanted to use. Although it seems this feature took a back seat to the missing Co-op issue.
